 By combination of PC, SWS, Temperature Sensor, and timer, cooking conditions can be monitored and recorded on time while processing, for further programming of the recorded data and figures. Such data and figures can be shown in graphics also. At the same time, this system enables to control whole and total process of cooking and realized fully automated cooking and mixing.

Kettle Inner Surface Temperature Sensor(Patented)

 This sensor enables to detect and control scorching point of materials so far depending on chef’s experiences.This sensor also realized to cook materials at the most suitable cooking temperature to withdraw the materials’ utmost taste and flavor.

Depressurizing Function(Vacuum)

 By rapid depressurizing inside the kettle, it realized to cool down materials and, at the same time, it also realized to eliminate bubble of the materials and to condense the materials by accelerating evaporation, and to encourage penetration of seasonings into ingredients.
